Jaz Vanmali

Jaz has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, having worked at Nedbank, Citibank and for 15 years at Standard Bank.  She has a wide-ranging knowledge of the corporate sector in South Africa and Africa.

She led the client coverage team for Standard Bank serving major corporates operating in Africa from all over the world in the construction, cement and infrastructure sectors.  She has been a strong supporter of infrastructure development working alongside clients in developing projects to successful bankability.

David Humphrey

In a wide-ranging career spanning over 35 years, David has built up a wealth of operational, strategic and financial experience gained in the military, asset finance and banking sectors.  He has commanded a UK nuclear powered submarine, overseen the renewal of the UK passenger rolling stock fleet after privatisation, grown a train-leasing business worth over €2bn from zero, and managed the P&I  sector for Standard Bank for 6 years.  He understands projects, complexity and can often turn challenges into opportunities by leveraging off the diversity of his experience
